Where do we deliver to?

We currently deliver to all addresses in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia.

All USA orders are dispatched from our NY fulfilment centre and all EU orders dispatched from our Dublin distribution Centre.

EUROPE AND UK $6.99 (3-7 DAYS)

AUSTRAILIA, ASIA, AFRICA $8.99 (3-10 DAYS)

UK AND EUROPEAN BASED ORDERS:

UK STANDARD CHARGE £1.99 (2-5 DAYS DELIVERY TIME)

EUROPE AND IRELAND £2.99 (3-7 DAYS)

USA, CANADA, AUSTRAILIA, ASIA, AFRICA £3.99 (3-10 DAYS)

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We use the most reliable courier services to deliver your order as fast and efficient as possible. Please leave 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. This is the advice we have been given by our courier’s as sometimes seasonal and high demand times can slow delivery times.

If you have not received your order after the 10 day delivery period then please contact us only via EMAIL info@teethwhiteningsuperstore.com with your name, delivery address and order number.

We will then endeavor to get back to you within 1 working day with an update on your order delivery time.

Unfortunately due to high volume sales and orders we are unable to deal with missing orders etc via telephone.

How quickly is my order dispatched?

Our fulfillment center endeavor to dispatch all orders made before 12pm on same day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday and on National Holidays orders made are dispatched on the next working day.
